An evening dedicated to the theme of direction: that of the body, the breath, and the cosmos. Two complementary sessions that can be attended together or separately. At 8:00 p.m., Being the Bow and Arrow: a yoga practice that explores intention, stability, and the gesture of the archer—Sagittarius, where the galactic center is also located—as a metaphor for inner orientation.
At 9:15 PM, Galactic Core Direction: understanding terrestrial directions, the tools we use to orient ourselves, and finding the path toward the heart of our galaxy.
