Vele, Musica e Regate - Pianello del Lario
On Sunday, September 6, at 7.30 pm, the 'Vele, Musica e Regate - Music and Stories on Water' concert will be held at Museo della Barca Lariana in Pianello del Lario.
The concert is one of the events in the Arte Solidale Festival, a charity series of classical music concerts which aims to support young musicians and raise funds for children, young people and those in vulnerable situations, through collaboration with leading local social organisations.
The concert programme is inspired by the boats in the Museo della Barca Lariana’s collection and their stories. Featuring pieces for solo instruments, duets and ensembles, the musicians take the audience on a journey through music and boats, deeply rooted in Lake Como, ranging from timeless masterpieces to lesser-known melodies.
Actress Alessandra Fertitta will guide the audience through the programme with original texts she has written, intertwining the stories of the boats with those of the musical instruments.
Before the concert, from 7.00 pm, the audience will be able to enjoy an aperitif.

Admission is by voluntary donation.
