The Trail Grigne Sud will take participants on a journey to discover the majesty of the southern slope of the Grigne. Athletes can choose between the long course—42 km, +3,700 m—and the short course—22 km, +1,800 m—which trace an arc from the center of Mandello del Lario and the lake’s shores to the peaks in the shadow of Sasso Cavallo. A route as challenging as it is picturesque, to be tackled with both body and mind to enjoy the many views of the lake and run along the trails where chamois roam.

SCHEDULE: 7:00 a.m. start for TGS Extreme; 9:00 a.m. start for TGS Sprint; 9:15 a.m. start for TGS Intrepid
