"Art as Prayer" – when photography becomes contemplation.
The Church of St. Agatha opens its doors to a new photography exhibition by Carlo Pozzoni, curated by art critic Luigi Cavadini. The exhibition is part of the “Incontri d’Arte a Moltrasio” series, promoted by the Department of Culture and dedicated to photography.
The photographs on display were taken in the Basilica of San Fedele and explore the relationship between light, sacred space, and image. Beams of light, architectural vistas, and details in the half-light take on new expressive power, inviting viewers to slow their gaze and let themselves be guided into silence and meditation.
Opening Friday, July 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
Open Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., through July 26, 2026.
