two herbaria dating back to the late 18th and 19th centuries, vivid evidence of the collecting taste of the time, are displayed to the public and compared for the first time: the older one, that of Luigi Castiglioni, was born from a scientific intent, the other, more recent, has amateurish characters and belonged to Vittoria Mari, ancestor of the last owners of Villa Monastero, the De Marchi family.

HOURS: September Tuesday to Sunday 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; October Tuesday to Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Nov. 1, 2024 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Nov. 2-3-9-10-16-17-23-24-30 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
